S Kapena Gushiken – 87 Overall

Ole Miss overhauled its defensive backfield this offseason,and Kapena Gushiken is one of the most important additions. Transferring from Washington State,Gushiken was rated as the No. 59 safety by 247Sports and brings valuable experience to Oxford.

In his final two seasons with the Cougars,Gushiken compiled 88 tackles,11 pass breakups,three interceptions,one sack,and a fumble recovery. His versatility and physicality make him a strong candidate to start immediately in the Rebels' secondary and provide leadership to a young unit.

TE Dae'Quan Wright – 86 Overall

Dae'Quan Wright returns for his second year at Ole Miss after transferring from Virginia Tech in 2023. He began to carve out a role in the offense late last season and is expected to continue his upward trajectory in 2025.

At 6-foot-4 and 255 pounds,Wright offers size and athleticism that complement Luke Hasz perfectly. With two highly-rated tight ends,the Rebels may utilize more two-tight-end sets this season to CFB 26 Coins maximize mismatches against opposing defenses.
