Yes, non-vegetarians can wear Rudraksha. There's no definitive decree that non-vegetarians cannot wear it. It is a divine offering from Lord Shiva and drawn from your intention, your belief, and your respect, and not what you eat, for its energy simply doesn’t work that way! However, you should live a pious life, for example, try to be cool, keep away from anger, and act mindfully, and then you can achieve the peak of spiritual and healing benefits you get from Rudraksha. If someone eats non-veg for some reason or through tradition and they do reverence to the Rudraksha number, then it also gives its benefit. The right thing is not to be perfect, but to be real.
