Defeat Malenia, Blade of Miquella: Malenia is an optional boss found in Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree. She is one of the toughest bosses in Elden Ring, so ensure you are well-prepared with upgraded weapons and plenty of Elden Ring Runes for leveling up.
Find the Needle in Malenia's Arena: After defeating her, interact with the Scarlet Aeonia flower left behind to receive Miquella's Needle.
Step 2: Access the Dragonlord's Arena
Once you have Miquella's Needle, you'll need to use it in a specific location: Dragonlord Placidusax's arena in Crumbling Farum Azula.
